**Transfer Agency AML/KYC Officer**
**Location: Luxembourg**
About the role
Looking for TA - AML Officer to join their growing AML/KYC Transfer Agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a globally recognised private equity house. You will be involved in new business and in maintaining with accordance to AML/KYC regulations. You will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture, offering excellent working conditions, parking on the side, 34.5 days of holidays and a gym.
Key responsibilities
- Daily review and monitoring of AML-KYC documentation received
- Ensure the KYC files are reviewed on time and accurately
- Maintain up to date Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) files
- Keeping the shareholder register up to date
- Setup investors profiles and upload KYC information and documents
- Bank accounts setup
Your Profile
- Knowledge of AML Regulations
- Working knowledge of Transfer Agency in relation to AML/KYC
- Demonstrate good attitude and work ethic
- You have fluent spoken and written English.
