The company is transitioning from its current ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, aiming to make processes more efficient and improve customer and employee satisfaction. **Role Overview**: We are seeking an experienced SAP Security and Access Management Specialist to ensure the optimal setup of new cloud systems, contribute to the S/4 transformation journey, and design a seamless user experience for the SAP landscape. **Key Responsibilities**: - Ensure optimal setup of new cloud systems, including S/4 HANA PCE, by coordinating resources like infrastructure and integration experts. - Actively contribute and consult in the S/4 transformation journey with a Go-Live in 2025. - Design and guarantee a seamless user experience for the SAP landscape. - Oversee all service activities provided by SAP and implementation partners to ensure high quality and performance. - Ensure seamless user integration and deployment by designing the future role and authorization concept. - Take actions to ensure all systems are protected and secured by the latest cloud technology. - Continuously improve and monitor the role/authorization concept to support Line-of-Business areas. - Plan and execute SAP license-related questions. - Serve as the first contact for all authorization questions (analysis, solution proposal, implementation, monitoring). - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP security and access management for S/4 HANA systems, including Fiori and public cloud solutions (e.g., Ariba, CPQ, FSM). - Routine in setting up SAP Identity Management, SAP Cloud Identity, Single-Sign-On, and identity provisioning. - Experience in managing external service and administration providers. - Knowledge of state-of-the-art security setup for SAP Cloud technology. - "Hands-on" mentality and strong adherence to guidelines. - SAP and/or Cloud Certification is preferred. - Excellent team and communication skills. - Practical experience with low code/no code solutions is a plus. - Knowledge and use of supportive tools, like XAMS (Xiting). - Fluent in English. **Company Values**: We are committed to creating an environment where our employees can build a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise while growing and thriving in a positive, professional atmosphere.
