**The opportunity**
We are currently looking for **Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Deployment Leader EMEA **to join our team based in Luxembourg. On this position you will:
- Identify root cause for deployment-related downtime and participate in after-action reviews for production deployment activities
- Communicates and coordinates with Process owners, Stakeholders, change stewards and other roles dedicated to support hardware, software systems. Conducts quarterly reviews of deployment activities and deployment operations
- The MES Deployment leader needs to rapidly assess the risks and impacts associated with a change in plans almost immediately and motivate teams to focus and deliver in a high-pressure environment
**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
**Languages**:
English is a must. Good knowledge of German/ French is an asset.
**Experience**:
- Overall, 6 years of x-functional experience in Supply Planning/ Procurement/and at least 4 years experience with manufacturing system & process engineering.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of the rapidly changing landscape of tools soft and hardware
- Knowledge and understanding of information security management,
- Knowledge and understanding Business relationship management, service value management
- Knowledge and understanding of Change management, change process and readiness.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Communication & presentation skills, capability to translate a technical language into a business langue across all levels in the organization
- Agility and cultural awareness,
- Effective communication skills are a must.
- Have a pronounced multicultural sensibility.
- Knowledge as a general awareness and understanding of the topic, sufficient to make basic decisions and provide general guidance.
- Skill as the knowledge plus the ability to do the work related to the topic, make general decisions, and provide the coaching to others.
- Ability to motivate teams in challenging situations
