**Job description**:
you will work in accordance with the business users to configure the PeopleSoft Platform, run processes, troubleshoot issues etc. You will act as a functional analyst documenting requirements and performing testing for enhancements, break-fixes, system updates and projects.
- Software upgrades and patches (bundles) installation
- Software installations
- Software and server monitoring
- Applications architecture and strategy development
- Technical support activities
- Technical administration services
- Investigation of technical problems
- Business process analysis and definition.
- Provide expertise on integration of information systems into the business environment.
- Meets timelines to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions
- Supports the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems
- Recommends and executes performance tuning and optimization activities.

**Profile**:
**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years relevant experience as Senior Business Analyst
- MS Windows server
- BEA Weblogic
- PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager and/or Change Assistant and/or Change Impact Analyzer and/or Setup Manager
- PeopleSoft Architecture stack and all its components
- Strong experience in business process design, ideally using lean design/management principles;
- Experience in performing analysis and identifying solutions
- Experience in creation of functional design documentation, configuration documents and test plans;
- Work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership
- Work experience working in a large matrixed and multicultural organization
- Change management experience;
- Good communication skills;
