Position Available: Business Analyst TA

We are currently in search of a dedicated Business Analyst to join our client team and make valuable contributions to the success of their projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical mindset and the proficiency to formalize project requirements into comprehensive Project Initiation Documentation (PID).

  • Thoroughly analyze and comprehend project needs to formalize them into PID (Project Initiation Documentation).
  • Engage in the solution design process to ensure precise alignment with project requirements.
  • Conduct testing of new functionalities and diligently monitor changes to guarantee seamless project implementation.
  • Evaluate and test new connectivity and swift components to elevate project efficiency.
  • Exercise control over project modifications and deliver meticulous reports on project advancement.
  • Perform trailer fees analysis and testing to optimize project outcomes effectively.
  • Showcase expertise in NSCC to bolster project operations.
  • Offer functional proficiency in FA applications, encompassing Multi-funds TA and its associated satellites.
  • Systematically organize and document essential processes and advancements for the successful rollout of production.
Offer Requirements:
  • Business: Proficiency in Transfer Agent Processes within the End-to-End model, with a focus on the reporting component
  • Norms & Process: In-depth knowledge of TA processes, SFTP & Swift connectivity, TA reporting, and KPI metrics
  • Technical: Expertise in Multifonds TA system, SWIFT messaging, SFTP protocols, Trailer fees, NSCC regulations, and TA reporting tools
  • Functional: Demonstrated operational excellence in Transfer Agent functions
  • Technological: Mastery of Multifonds platform, SWIFT messaging, SFTP protocols, NSCC guidelines, reconciliation procedures, and reporting mechanisms
  • Language: Proficiency in French and English
  • Experience: Between 6 and 10 years of relevant experience in the field
