**Description de l'offre d'emploi**:
Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un** Senior Functional Analyst** parlant **français et anglais.**

**Vos principales responsabilités**:
Dans le cadre de ce projet, votre serez en charge de la gouvernance et maintenance évolution de la Toolbox RH et du framework Prometa:

- Analyse des besoins d’évolution et des changements relatifs aux démarches de la Toolbox RH.
- Modélisation des démarches en respectant les conventions de modélisation **Promet’Apps**.
- Documentation des démarches dans le référentiel métier du **CGPO**, selon les conventions **Prometa**.
- Définition de modules communs pour **Promet’Apps**.
- Analyse et définition des évolutions des conventions de modélisation**Prometa** (vues stratégiques, business, applicatives, données, risques, etc.).
- Analyse et définition des évolutions fonctionnelles du **Framework Prometa** (portail web, rapports, etc.).
- Rédaction de la documentation fonctionnelle pour le **Framework Prometa**.
- Conseil et support méthodologique auprès des administrations utilisatrices du**Framework Prometa**.
- Support fonctionnel aux administrations sur l’utilisation du **Framework Prometa**.
- Accompagnement des administrations dans leurs projets de définition et de documentation d’**architecture d’entreprise** (organisation).

**Pré-requis du poste**:
**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez au moins **5 ans d'expérience** en tant que Functional ou Business Analyst dans le secteur public.
- Vous parlez couramment français et avez un bon niveau d'anglais, la maîtrise du luxembourgeois constitue un réel atout.
- Technical skills
- Expérience avérée dans la modélisation avec le **framework Prometa**.
- Compétence pratiques dans la modélisation de la perspective GDPR idéalement sur la plateforme ARIS.
- Connaissance d'outils de workflow type opensource.
- Familier des concepts, méthodologies utilisées en BPM (RASCI, As-Is/To-Be, E2E, BPMN ).
- Connaissances en architecture d'entreprise et en Business Process Management.
- Une formation ou certification TOGAF est un plus.
- Soft skills:

- Excellente communication.
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Bonne gestion du temps et des priorités.
- Rigueur.
- Orientation client.
