**Description**

In order to cover an internal promotion, we are looking for a new team member for the role of Energy System Operations and Support, also called Capacity Allocation Specialist.

First point of contact for Market Participants and TSOs, you will be performing all operational tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the auctions according to the respective procedures.

You will be based in our Luxembourg office and be part of the Operations Department. You will work with a variety of colleagues who will help you gain valuable knowledge and experience in the energy industry. In this role, you will be a key contributor in supporting and controlling the operations that are in line with the business purposes. On a daily basis, you will need to identify problems and drive sustainable and high impact solutions.

As electricity is essential in our day-to-day life, this role requires you to work on certain week-ends, however night shifts are not required. Working during the week-end, allows you to have some free time during the week, take advantage of less commuting time and enjoy your family in a different way.

**Responsibilities**
- You will monitor the smooth processing of information and data exchange in between our internal tools and across departments;
- You will perform the registration of the market participants;
- You will prepare and conduct the Auctions on yearly, monthly and daily level in accordance with times defined in the process;
- You will have to review and analyze complains;
- Improving day to day process (automatization of current manual process);

**Must-have requirements**

Academic profile
- Degree Education Level (2 years after A-level);
- You are Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills.

Experience

You have at least a relevant experience of minimum 2 years’ the following:

- Customer support;
- Electricity/energy market;
- Experience in back office for telecom network is a plus.

Core skills
- You are very familiar with IT and MS Office in general;
- Knowledge of testing IT systems ;
- You are curious and willing to learn;
- You have a good team spirit and you are open-minded;
- You are recognized as an issue solver and solution finder;
- You are driven by the rules;
- You have strong communication skills and adapt your speech to you interlocutor.

**Additional Requirement**:
According to the Luxembourg law of July 23rd 2016 (as amended), the successful applicant will be required to provide a **Criminal Record** before signing the employment contract.
