**Description du poste**:
Au cœur de l’activité et en contact régulier avec des interlocuteurs des différents départements, vous aurez pour mission d’assister le Responsable de la Compliance dans la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique de Compliance, et d’assurer l’identification, la gestion et l’évaluation du risque de Conformité.
- Vous prenez en charge des missions de suivi, de réorganisation et de structuration de certains projets/ dossiers.
- Vous collaborez à la conformité des procédures internes vis-à-vis de la législation, des règlements et des normes en vigueur et mettez à jour les nouvelles procédures du département.
- Vous participez à la définition et à l’actualisation des critères et des niveaux de risques.
- Vous assurez l’ensemble des travaux de due diligence.
- Vous assurez les contrôles destinés à réduire le risque de Conformité en matière de sécurité financière ainsi que la bonne réalisation des contrôles permanents.
- Vous vous assurez du fonctionnement et des améliorations des outils de scoring des risques de sécurité financière.
- Vous veillez à la mise à jour régulière des KYC selon les risques Client.

Bac + 5 / M2 et plusFormation / Spécialisation
Diplômé(e) ou future Diplômé(e) en Audit, Economie, Contrôle de Gestion ou Droit
- Une première expérience en compliance est un atout
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité d’adaptation, votre curiosité et vos excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack MS Office, notamment Excel et Access
- Niveau d'expérience minimum
