**Senior Corporate Officer - Boutique PFS, No Micromanagement**

For a **human-sized and very dynamic PFS**, composed of **more than 50 people**, located in the Cloche d’Or area, we are currently recruiting a **Senior Corporate Officer.**

The company assists financial companies (SOPARFI/Holdings, SPV, alternative investment funds) and has built an **excellent reputation** for itself on the market. Although they will certainly have a strong yet organic growth in the next few years, they will always keep their personalized service for each client as this is key for them. With this strategy, their employees feel satisfied professionally and the workload always remains very reasonable, which participates actively to the **stability of the team.**

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate - Legal - Senior Corporate Officer - Fiduciary - PFS - Law**
- Your portfolio will be composed of **Holdings and SPV** for which you handle the day-to-day corporate-legal administration, from the incorporation to the liquidation/dissolution.
- You for example are in charge of the corporate and daily legal follow-up of your clients which includes preparing board and shareholder meetings and drafting the minutes, opening bank accounts, approving the annual accounts, statutory changes and more. You are the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.

- ** 5 years or more** as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS) in Luxembourg is required.
- Your strong language skills in both **French** and **English** allow you to maintain fluent contact with your clients.
- You have a personality that is quite open which will make it easier for you to adapt to a new team and to be welcomed by your colleagues. You have developed a good level of autonomy in your role, especially with SOPARFI and SPV.

- In line with your years of experience but more particularly the autonomy you have acquired, your gross salary can go **up to**€**89.000**. In addition to this, you will have meal vouchers of €10.80, health insurance and an annual bonus.
