Execution & Sales Trader

Markets Execution desks collect orders in Equities, ETFs, Bonds, Derivatives, FX Products, Funds, Limited Partnership and Third-Party Structured Products from in-house account managers and branches, ALM, institutional customers and professionals. They also execute and handle these transactions to maximise customer satisfaction and to respect the Bank's best execution policy.

Furthermore, the Markets Execution desks also supervise the straight through processing flow to brokers, counterparts and transfer agents and assure the follow up of all pending orders or other market events. Markets Execution desks build and follow up relationships with brokers, counterparts and transfer agents’ network in order to guaranty access to all main markets of the world or the largest securities panel at competitive conditions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collect orders in Equities, ETFs, Bonds, Derivatives, FX Products & Third-Party Structured Products from in-house account managers and branches, institutional customers/professionals and input them in OMS.
- Execute and handle transactions in these instruments on different markets for clients in custody as well as external clients, through FIX, Ullink, Bloomberg EMSX, Bloomberg TSOX, Tradeweb and Swiskey Platform.
- Analyse transactions with market conditions, determine the best execution way with client consent, perform Care orders and make use of adapted algorithmic tools.
- Confirm clearly and with precision the conditions of executed transactions to clients and counterparts
- Assure the follow up of transactions by claiming acknowledgement, claiming confirmations and booking the client's instructions & execution conditions.
- Supervise the straight through processing flow to brokers and counterparts and assure the follow up of all pending orders.
- Be the point of contact for institutional & professional customers in terms of Equities, ETFs, Bonds, Derivatives, FX Products & Third-Party Structured Products execution matter.
- Achieve Best & Timely Execution 1LoD controls for Markets Execution (Equities, ETFs, Bonds, Derivatives, FX Products and Third-Party Structured Products) in collaboration with Compliance

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking activities
- Strong understanding of Equities, ETFs, Bonds, Derivatives, FX Products, Funds & Third-Party Structured Products universe and involved risks.
- Good understanding of Luxembourg banking/financial legislation/regulations (MiFID, MiFIR, MAD)/taxes and settlement processes
- Good understanding of electronic means of communication

**Technical Skills**:

**Languages Skills**:

- Fluent in French, English, German & Dutch.
- All other language will be considered as an advantage
