We are currently looking for one of our rapidly growing partners conveniently located near the Belgian border, an AML/KYC Officer experienced in funds. They offer the possibility to start your day with 1-2 hours of Homeworking and to go to the office at 10:00 - 11:00 to avoid traffic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the operational teams regarding the collection of AML-KYC documents of a portfolio of client entities comprising a mixture of holding companies (Soparfi), private wealth management companies (SPF) as well as regulated and unregulated Funds.
- Provide general compliance support to clients regarding compliance matters (i.e., transaction approval, reorganization, etc.).
- Provide AML/KYC support and assist with the updating and maintaining of procedures ensuring compliance with relevant AML/KYC legislation, guidance notes, and codes of conduct helping to minimize business and reputational risk.
- Together with client relationship managers, assist clients with their FATCA/CRS obligations, complete self-certification forms, and proceed with the yearly reporting on a secured platform

**Profile**:

- At least a 2 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial service industry with a good understanding of KYC/AML framework.
- Be up to date and have good knowledge of all the CSSF regulations and a good understanding of FATCA/CRS regulations.
- Good understanding of the business plan of the company and ability to identify where compliance risks could arise.
- You are fluent in French, English and German is a real advantage.
