Role & Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first line of defense in reviewing and approving customer onboarding requests.
2. Conduct daily transaction monitoring, anti-fraud screening, and website content monitoring for existing clients.
3. Handle disputes and chargebacks for card acquiring customers in a timely and professional manner.
4. Respond to customer and internal inquiries by clearly articulating the rationale behind AML/KYC requirements and decisions.
5. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the adoption of appropriate AML/KYC measures.
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of AML/KYC procedures and work closely with product and tech teams to optimize system functionality and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AML/KYC compliance within the credit card acquiring or broader payment industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of EU and Luxembourg AML/CFT laws, regulations, and guidelines, with demonstrated expertise in the acquiring business model.
3. Familiarity with leading anti-fraud and transaction monitoring tools, such as EverC, Cybersource, or equivalent platforms.
4. Proven ability to operate AML/KYC and monitoring systems efficiently, identify operational and logic issues, and contribute to process and rule enhancements.
5. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
6. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or French is considered a strong asset.
Pay: €4,000.00 - €5,000.00 per month
