**TRM-International** is seeking a highly analytical and strategic **sales operations professional** to join a flourishing **FinTech payments institution** to develop and implement sales strategies that align with their overall business objectives. As part of the **Sales Operations team**, you will be responsible for analysing sales data, optimising the sales pipeline, managing the company's CRM system, providing training to the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to develop cross-functional strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies in alignment with the organisation's overall business objectives.
- Conduct analysis of sales data to detect trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
- Generate and deliver sales reports to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams.
- Administer the company's CRM system, ensuring precise data and designing workflows.
- Create sales support materials and enablement resources to aid the sales team.
- Provide training on sales tools and systems to enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Identify areas within the sales process that require improvements, and develop efficient strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to create cross-functional strategies.
**Skills**:
- A related field bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Sales operations or related field experience.
- Proficient analytical skills with prior experience analysing sales data.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in managing a CRM system.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prior experience in the payments/banking industry would be beneficial.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: €50,000.00 - €70,000.00 per year
