**Job Description**:
To strengthen and participate in the development of our Risk Department, we’re opening a new role to collaborate directly with our Lead Risk Manager. As an Operational Risk Specialist, you will participate in the implementation and the continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Management Framework, gaining an unmatched experience in a company developing rapidly its activities.

Your mission will include two main areas:
**Operational Risks Analysis**
- Perform Process mapping and Risks&Controls mapping.
- Investigate root causes of operational risk events and propose solutions and provide support to reduce frequency or impact.
- Prepare regular reports on risk events status to the attention of the Operational Risk Lead.
- Partner with the Company departments in the development of Key Risk Indicators tailored to their operations.
- monitor the risk indicators linked to the Risk Appetite Statement and alert and propose remediations when necessary
- Keep abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practices.
- Assist the Operational Risk Lead to maintain documentation for risk management policies and procedures.

**Outsourcing**
- Coordinate the end-to-end outsourcing framework with a risk-based approach, ensuring to meet MANGOPAY’s obligations in an efficient way to serve the development of its activity, partnering with the various business areas of MANGOPAY
- Conduct the necessary risk and opportunity assessments
- Take initiative to drive continuous evolution of the outsourcing processes globally and lead projects related to the third-party risk management program
- Assist the Company departments in the appropriation of the Outsourcing tools and methodology.
- Participate in the preparation training related to Providers management from a risk perspective, develop other trainings when deemed necessary

**Qualifications**:

- You have 5 years or experience in a similar role, ideally in a FinTech environment or have experience in a leading Auditing or Consulting firm, with a proven capability to address a broad range of topics
- Good knowledge of the regulatory frameworks on Operational Risk applicable to financial institutions is a plus
- Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus; Organized with time management skills, comfortable in working independently in a fast-growing environment
- You’re proactive, curious and always looks for improvement
- Rigorous with an easy contact, able to interact at various seniority level
- No blame culture with a constructive approach
- Fluent English - professional level in French is a plus
- Interested in and comfortable with FinTech industry
- Knowledge of the outsourcing regulatory framework is a plus
