**About the Team & Business Line**:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
**Your Role**:
- You will be responsible for building up the Fund Administration team for CGS out of Luxembourg
- Selecting, hiring and training staff in order to expand the team.
- Work with existing AIF SPV teams to develop one CGS Fund and SPV proposition
- Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the AO/IC for CGS Fund Administration.
- Work closely with our European Center of Excellence as a back office solution for the Fund Administration operations.
- Report directly to the global head of AIF and SPV administration for CGS.
- Work closely with local Business Development Managers in bringing the CGS Fund + SPV Administration proposition to the market.
- Maintain effective lines of communication to senior management and Citco MD’s and across peer groups, SME’s etc.
- Manage risk associated with the Fund Administration process
**About You**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree with at least 10+ years’ experience in Fund Administration, Investor Relations and Investor on boarding.
- Able to build up / develop fund administration functions across multiple jurisdictions
- Experienced in outsourcing fund administration functions to Centers of Excellence
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Communicate effectively - negotiation, presentation capabilities.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership capabilities.
- Able to escalate when appropriate.
