Join the dynamic core of our asset management firm Our Luxembourg-based UCITS Management Company and AIFM (“MAME”) is looking for an experienced Head of Fund Supervision, providing an opportunity to lead and shape the funds supervision team (3 people) across our diverse range of funds (UCITS and AIFs - liquid and private assets) and numerous development projects.

**A day in your future job**:
Conducting Officer in Charge of Central Administration:

- Be an integral part of a Senior Management team composed of 5 Conducting Officers.

Delegates oversight and providers Management:

- Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including custodians, auditors, and administrators;
- Conduct due diligence and performance reviews of service providers;
- Ensure that service providers meet their contractual obligations and maintain high service standards.

Funds Supervision:

- Operations: Manage fund setups, fees, incident monitoring, registrar transactions, holdings, etc.
- Corporate Governance: supervision of the board and general meetings, audits, and reporting.

Fund Projects (UCITS & AIFs):

- Lead various projects such as: launches, closures, prospectus and PPM changes, capital closings, etc.

Legal and Regulatory Interface:

- Serve as the first point of contact with legal advisers and CSSF on all fund-related matters.

Committee Participation:

- Actively contribute to various internal committees to support the business

**Qualifications** Your assets to succeed**:

- Education: University degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-10 years in a senior operational role within a Luxembourg IFM, Custodian Bank, or Central Administration.
- Expertise: Extensive knowledge and skills in Luxembourg funds operations.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mid-size business environment. Communication is key.
- Organizational and Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and a business-oriented mindset, proficiency in problem-solving.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English.
