Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, business analytics, information systems or related field - Proficient in MS Excel - Fluent in SQL - Strong written and verbal communication skills

A day in the life
As a Planning Analyst in the Capacity Planning Team, you will be working on the weekly cadence for the generation of labor plans for AMZL delivery stations to make sure the organization is well prepared for the future. You will analyze execution gaps to improve future plans. You will work cross-functionally and build key relationships to ensure that decisions are made and actioned. Which will enable the AMZL operations to run as effectively as possible. You will challenge the unknown and strive for continuous improvement in key areas of our business.
Work experience in operations/supply chain/logistics - Knowledge of VBA - Exposure to labour or production planning - Experience working with data warehouse - Experience cross functionally - Experience in complex problem solving, root cause analysis in a business environment - Experience with supply chain management and transportation concepts
