**What You'll Do**:

- ** Lead Procurement Activities**: Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effective purchasing, aligned with the company’s objective, while maintaining the highest quality.
- ** Foster Supplier Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate potential new partnerships.
- ** Drive Process Improvement**: Continuously analyse and improve procurement processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Manage Inventory**: Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels across the outlets.
- ** Collaborate**: Work closely with the executive teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver procurement solutions.

**What we expect from you?**
- ** Working experience**:Min. 3 years proven experience in procurement in the food service industry
- ** Languages**:Fluent in English & French
- ** Knowledge and skills**:

- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- In depth knowledge of Food & Beverage products
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management.
- Knowledge about the Luxembourg market and suppliers is considered an advantage
