**Fund Hub Middle Officer - Portfolio Management (M/F)**

Portfolio Management Team (integrated into the Private Banking Department) is looking for a **Fund Hub Middle Officer **to support the current and planned developments of its internal or external funds activities in the group.

**Mission**

As a “**Fund Hub Middle Officer**”, your mission is to:

- Make the daily Reconciliation between the internal system (Triple A) and the depositary bank (46 sub-funds for approx. 16 billion Euro): analyze, understand and solve the differences
- Perform a coherence check of the orders placed the day before
- Follow the settlement of all traded instruments (ETFs/Equities/Bonds)
- Generate the future cash position Dashboard to rebalance on a daily basis
- Compute and validate the orders depending of the type of instrument and analyze the needs to handle the settlement cycles
- Generate End of Day Allocation file after taking into account cash subscription/redemption
- Maintain and enrich a strong Data Quality of instruments traded
- Improve and reinforce the End-to-End process (Automation, Monitoring & Reporting)
- Analyze and solve the daily potential data issues coming from several counterparties (depositary bank, ING FM NL, internal system )
- Act as a Single Point of Contact between all stakeholders involved in the process (IO NL, ISIM, CACEIS, Factset, Tribe Investment)

**Your profile**

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Master in economics/finance or equivalent
- Practical experience in the fund industry (e.g. in relation with fund administration, depositary bank or audit of funds)
- Practical experience of automation process or project (especially in Excel VBA)

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of:

- fund mechanisms and UCITS rules
- financial markets and products
- Excel proficiency (especially Visual Basic) and comfortable with numbers
- Flexible and eager to learn
- Analytical capabilities and sound judgement
- Rigor and autonomy
- Sense of responsibility
- Able to deal with complex environment
- Team player

**Languages**:

- Fluency in French and strong level in English
