**Senior Analyst Middle Office M/W**:

**Your challenge**
- 1st level support in operational matters between Front Office and Back Office (e.g. payments, settlement, securities processing, corporate actions)
- Participate in the onboarding of new clients (private banking, institutions and funds) and in the implementation of a smooth and efficient operational setup for newly accepted fund clients / fund projects
- Instruct cash and security deliveries for on
- and off-boardings
- Handle fee bookings
- E-Banking User administration.
- Executing daily reconciliation tasks (cash and securities) and prepare related management reporting
- Perform outsourcing controls related to regulatory reporting
- Clarification of tax-related questions related to reclaims and corporate actions
- Participate in internal operational projects and task forces, such as the implementation of solutions to automate workflows, system
- and maintenance enhancement
- Participate in reviews of various Operating Memorandums, Service Level Agreements, etc. and policies, procedures, manual guides and checklists.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years experience in operations/back office or similar
- Strong team player with an open mindset
- High degree of service orientation
- Aptitude for learning and development in a dynamic environment
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems, and to identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and controls
- Fluent in English, strong German skills are considered as an asset (written and spoken).
- Profound knowledge of the regulatory framework for investment fund business will be considered as advantage.
