A leading organization in the healthcare sector has an exciting opening for an Accounting Specialist to join their growing team. As a mid-size company, you’ll have the advantage of working closely with the CEO, ensuring efficient communication and better connection with your colleagues.

As part of the company’s goal to double its employees and triple its sales revenue, you will be able to push the Finance department forward and prepare the processes for this growth. You’ll have the opportunity to put your stamp on the department and shape its future.

With the holiday period being closed between Christmas and New Year, you’ll gain an extra 3 or 4 days to spend with your family and friends or even go on holiday. Furthermore, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days of home working per week, providing you with the flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance. This will not only save you time but also costs that you can allocate to your personal life, hobbies, and relationships.
As an Accounting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with new products, contribute to their success, and be part of an innovative and dynamic team.
**Requirements**:
- degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economy
- minimum of 3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance
- strong knowledge of accounting standards, a good command of accounting and consolidation tools, and proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, while German, French, or Dutch would be considered a strong asset
