**Senior Liquidation Officer - Responsibilities**:

- Oversee comprehensive liquidation processes, coordinating with CSSF, auditors, central administration, and portfolio managers.
- Manage a portfolio of liquidation mandates ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate tax filings, in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

**Senior Liquidation Officer - Your Profile**:

- University degree in Accounting or Tax.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Liquidation Officer or Fund Accountant with knowledge of liquidation processes.
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or Luxembourgish is advantageous.
- Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of BOB50 software is a significant advantage.
