**Your Responsibilities**|** Fund Administration - Funds - Corporate - Legal - Compliance - AIF**

- You maintain accurate investor and company records as well as statutory documents, and also assist with company secretarial matters.
- You follow up on fund operations such as capital calls, equalizations and distributions.
- You participate in the onboarding of new funds and oversee investor transactions.
- You ensure accurate reporting for internal teams, the Board, and regulatory authorities.
- You coordinate with the other legal, accounting, and compliance departments, as well as external service providers, to ensure smooth execution of operations. You identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, improving quality and efficiency.

- You ideally hold a degree in finance, law, or economics and you have **at least 4 years** of experience in fund administration in Luxembourg. Experience in a large service provider in Luxembourg is preferred, as you will have a very similar role but **inhouse**. Of course, inhouse experience is also considered.
