This fiduciary has a wide range of services such as accounting, compliance, tax, and corporate services on a diversified portfolio such as Holdings, SOPARFI, Investment Funds. You will have the opportunity to deal with every kind of client given that your portfolio will rotate regularly, which will allow you to sharpen your knowledge in various fields.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary - Corporate - Soparfi - Corporate Officer

Managing your own client portfolio made up of SOPARFI, Holding and PE/RE funds and drafting the legal documentations.

Forget a boring daily routine thanks to task variety such as stakeholders and company modifications, annual accounts : from the company incorporation to the dissolution.

You will have to liaise with banks, lawyers, Luxembourgish administrations as you will be designated as point of contact within this fiduciary’s corporate department.

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will have the opportunity to train and coach junior profiles and reviewing the deliverables which might be rewarding and useful to develop your managerial skills.

Relevant experience of minimum 3 years as a Corporate Officer in a similar structure in Luxembourg is required for this position.

You speak English. Good knowledge in French, orally and written, or any other language such as German will be considered as a plus.
