The Opportunity
- Exposure and interaction with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, R&D and Customers
- Defining the European Training Content to allow strong product knowledge transfer into multiple functions and our partners
- Career progression possibilities via high Regional and Local visibility
- Bringing in a wide product portfolio knowledge to the benefit of internal and external functions and customers

Main

**Responsibilities**:

- Is Responsible for relevant product information definition and the cascading to sales and trade marketing teams
- Identifies relevant product update information and defines cascading
- Coordinates all product content input
- Consultant for content definition to support sales teams
- Responsible for defining and developing the internal and external ‘product training’ calendar and agenda
- Annual product news / training content for internal & external usage
- Works with internal partners to cascade effectively
- Contributing product input & updates into Product training platforms
- Works with R&D team on new technologies update to be cascaded
- Supports Sales
- and Trade Marketing
- Teams with Training Sessions for Key Customers
- Gathers Hubs needs in terms of product training needs
- Plays role of product expert to ensure an objective view in critical customer events or meetings
- Is the point of contact to sales and trade marketing teams on technical questions

To join our team you will need:
Flexibility:

- Willingness to travel to Luxembourg and other European locations and customer events

Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related
- Strong presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Tires and Technology with ideally long term experience in tire industry
- Experience in Training of technical content

IT skills & Others
- Fluent English is a must - any other European languages are an asset
- Strong capabilities in the creation of MS Powerpoint presentations
- Good MS Excel skills
