- Proactively maintain and develop a portfolio of self-acquired IAM clients with focus on your Market ;
- Manage direct relationships to own IAM clients;
- Monitor your pipeline according to the objectives (individual & team);
- Strengthen the competitive capacity (value proposition) by reviewing the service offer and services dedicated to IAM, as well as the pricing policy;
- Ensure that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation formalities are met and maintained to a high standard at all times including client identification documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms;
- Lead IAM client meetings (e.g. documentation formalities, compliance, other requests of the client);
- Actively ensure that operational account management is undertaken professionally, with all tasks/system alerts cleared directly;
- Actively maintain client key data to ensure CRM and other data sets are correct for good maintenance of the relationship;
- Follow-up and review of existing IAM Market clients;
- Manage day to day operating task in collaboration with the team;
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years in Wealth Management with specialization in the Independent Asset Managers market;
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Finance or Business Administration or any other equivalent diploma;
- Excellent knowledge of regulations;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- Autonomous, discreet and trustworthy;
- Team player and ability to quickly establish professional relationships;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in French and English, Spanish would be an asset;
- Very good command of Work & Excel;
