**Your role**
- Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships in the fund industry? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations?
- We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to:
- represent the full scope of our White Labelling Solutions and of our Luxembourg Fund Management Company services to our institutional/wholesaler clients
- support our clients with all their inquiries and needs and ensure highest standards of our services in terms of scope, quality and efficiency
- represent the company in Fund Board of Director meetings
- organize strategic service review meetings with the client and identify new business opportunities
- advice clients on fund structures, governance, fund distribution and product related aspects
- act as an ambassador for our white label business across the bank
- support sales initiatives, increase share of wallet and contribute to revenue targets
- facilitate and support complex client projects across locations and UBS divisions led by the product development management team

- You’ll be working in the White Labelling Solutions team in Luxembourg. As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll contribute towards delivering a consistent client experience, while providing a seamless integration of solutions.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 10 years’ experience in the fund industry with a successful track record in relationship management
- in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg fund business, including operational and regulatory aspects
- client-minded, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to cope with pressure.
- strong analytical and logical aptitude, capable of breaking down problems into straightforward actions and tasks.
- university degree or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or banking
- strong written and verbal English communication skills required. German, French or Italian would be a plus
