**Our Client is a global leader in automotive sector. We are looking to recruit an ideal person for Administrative Assistant position who will support Technical Center in Luxembourg.**

**Requirements**:
**Support the Management team with administrative tasks**

Welcoming external visitors

Travel booking for all the employees

Office supply and stock management

Manage post and other dispatches

Preparation and follow-up of conference and meeting rooms

Support the facilities management

Assist with various administration tasks (legal & HR mainly, expense reports occasionally, etc)

**Responsibilities**:
At least 1-2 years of work experience as Administrative Assistant

Excellent presentation and strong communication skills; intercultural experience would be considered as a great advantage

**Strong organizational skills**

Proficiency in MS office

**Fluency in French and English is mandatory**

Chinese or German is a strong asset,

Automotive/Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
