Our client, a leading international business law firm with offices around the world, is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic team in Luxembourg. About the Team:
Our client's Corporate/M&A department is composed of a multicultural and dynamic group of experts with extensive experience in advising clients. Specializing in complex legal issues surrounding international transactions involving Luxembourg subsidiaries of foreign companies, the team excels in providing advice on corporate reorganizations and a wide range of corporate matters. Your Role:

- As a Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer, you will play a vital role in advising local and international clients on corporate structuring, restructuring, general corporate matters, and transactional matters such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and technology-related deals. You will provide tailored corporate advice for private equity transactions and asset management transactions. Your responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements and transactional documents. Working closely with the team, including partners, you will actively participate in all aspects of the legal matters. Additionally, you will conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, and have the opportunity to develop your skills as a client relationship manager. Your role will involve participating in internal and external presentations, contributing to legal publications, and taking the lead in managing and mentoring junior lawyers. Furthermore, you will engage in client meetings and establish strong relationships with clients.

Your Profile:

- You will have 3-5 years of experience in Corporate and M&A.
- It is essential to have a successful track record in transactional work, demonstrating an understanding of time constraints and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in drafting corporate documents is a must.
- Additional experience in creating tailored corporate documents such as SPAs/SHAs would be a valuable asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, along with a solid command of German and/or French.
