**The opportunity**:
A high-impact technology company operating at the intersection of digital health, operational excellence, and innovation is seeking a visionary **Chief Financial Officer** to join its executive team. **Key responsibilities**:

- Strategic Financial Leadership_
- Define and lead the financial strategy to support long-term growth, profitability, and liquidity goals.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and board, driving business planning, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Operational & Commercial Finance_
- Build and scale robust FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes that align with operational KPIs.
- Support pricing, go-to-market strategy, and financial modeling for new verticals and acquisitions.
- Governance & Risk Management_
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting standards across multiple legal entities.
- Lead risk management, audit readiness, and board-level financial communications.
- Capital & Investor Relations_
- Drive funding strategy including equity/debt rounds, strategic partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and financial advisors.
- Team & Infrastructure Building_
- Professionalize the finance function with the right talent, tools, and automation systems.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

**Ideal profile**:

- Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience in scalable technology, digital platforms, healthtech, or private equity-backed businesses.
- Track record of leading through growth, investment rounds, or exits.
- Strong grasp of financial operations, corporate governance, and regulatory standards across European jurisdictions.
- Experience working with founders, VCs/PEs, and multicultural executive teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
