Chief Financial Officer

**Tadaweb is a scale-up technology company providing an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that magnifies the impact of investigative and analytical teams. Over the past 10 years, Tadaweb has become a leader in the collection and enrichment of information to effectively scale analysts’ impact. Our SaaS platform follows ethical principles, only relying on publicly available information.**

We are looking for a **Chief Financial Officer**, reporting to the CEO, to lead our Finance Department and work closely with the company leadership team to define the financial priorities for the successful implementation of the business plan. Post our €15 Million raise, you will be a key contributor to driving healthy growth and will work closely with the leadership team to execute on the business plan.

**Scope of work**:

- Partner with and influence a team of senior executives to drive financial discipline and ensure a strong focus on the economic return on strategic initiatives
- Be a thought leader on goals on defining the key inputs of the business and drive high ROI in execution
- Define financial KPIs and evaluate the company’s performance against them
- Manage new and existing investors and external partners (lawyers, banks, etc.)
- Lead financial planning and actively participate in the company’s strategic planning
- Manage the company’s accounting and fiscal compliance in 5+ countries
- Oversee forecasting, cash-flow management, accounting and stock options management
- Responsible for mergers and acquisitions
- Streamline processes, assess tradeoffs of automation and implement new financial management tools in line with business need
- Hire and develop a team of experienced accountants, analysts and controllers

**Your profile**:

- You have 15+ years' experience in strategic finance leadership roles
- You have successfully led multiple rounds of investment until exit (IPO, sale, etc...)
- You have experiences in scaling up tools and processes for a fast-growing company
- You have in-depth knowledge of international tax and regulatory compliance
- You have strong command of strategic planning processes, including budgeting, institutional reporting and controlling
- You have strong experience in managing entities in multiple geographies

**You get bonus points if you have any of the following**:

- Previous experience in a tech scale-up organization
