**Présentation** Notre client, leader sur son marché, est une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement et la commercialisation des produits innovants en nutrition infantile. Dans le cadre de son développement en France et à l'international, nous recherchons un(e): **Chief Financial Officer** **CDI - LUXEMBOURG** **Description** Pour ce poste, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des managers de l'entreprise, ainsi que la Direction, dans l'objectif de garantir l'équilibre financier de l'entreprise, de mener des investissements stratégiques, de mettre en place de nouvelles procédures en lien avec l'existant, et d'assurer le contrôle de gestion de l'entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront: - Etablir et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux reporting - Proposer le budget en lien avec les orientations stratégiques - Anticiper la stratégie de croissance, et les investissements nécessaires - Coordonner la consolidation des données financières sur les entités du groupe - Définir les moyens nécessaires à l'optimisation des SI - Assurer la gestion de la trésorerie - Veiller au respect des procédures D'autres missions viendront agrémenter ce poste très généraliste et polyvalent. **Profil** Vous avez un **minimum de 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire**, en **accompagnement de Direction** dans une PME, ou dans des entreprises de différentes envergures. Très opérationnel, vous avez une forte capacité en contrôle de gestion critique et analytique. Véritable "Business partner", vous maitrisez les enjeux ROI et MNA sur du long terme. Vous aimez analyser, vous poser les bonnes questions, et trouver des solutions. De tempérament communicant, vous savez présenter et proposer des solutions de manière concrète, et obtenir l'adhésion des managers. Pour postuler à cette offre, vous devez avoir un **anglais couran**t, car vous serez en lien permanent avec l'International.
