**We are seeking a Billing Officer**
Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
**What you will be working on**
As Billing officer you will be in charge of:
- Generating invoices/credit notes/close outs specific to client accounts/engagement letters/contracts/internal policies including Business Services admin invoices
- Delivering invoices to clients via digital mail services and via supplier platforms
- Communicating with internal and external clients to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting and processing transactions into our Practice management system (STAR)
- Contributing to enhanced data quality by regular updates of job records according to information from business
- Supporting accurate and efficient billing process and financial close
- Closely monitoring job management (close or suspend jobs, Time transfers, WIP write off, write on, close outs,...)
- Executing test plans for new releases of Practice management system (STAR)
- Actively participating in projects
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
**What we look for**
- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, office management or accounting
- You are able to answer daily queries in a professional and confident manner.
- You are an effective team player and able to demonstrate initiative.
- You are dynamic and rigorous. You are detailed oriented and demonstrate strong organization and analytical skills.
- You have at least one year of experience in similar roles
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written as well as spoken English (French and/or German will be considered an advantage).
