This Accounting Supervisor position provides the perfect balance between team management and hands-on operational oversight, ensuring a dynamic and engaging role within the accounting department.
**Superviseur comptable - Vos responsabilités**
- Financial and Strategic Optimization: Work closely with management to implement financial strategies and enhance accounting processes.
- Supervision and Support: Lead the team by providing guidance, training employees, addressing technical questions, and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Complex Case Management: Handle sensitive accounting files while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
**Superviseur comptable - Votre profil**
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.
- ** Educational Background**: A degree in accounting is required.
- ** Professional Experience**: At least 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a fiduciary, service provider, or Big 4, with strong expertise in Soparfi/holdings and commercial companies.
- ** Fund Knowledge**: Experience in the investment fund sector would be a valuable asset.
