Our partner, a well-established fiduciary firm with over 20 years of experience in Luxembourg, is currently seeking a **Tax Manager** to strengthen its tax department. **Your Responsibilities**|** Fiduciary - Tax - Finance - Luxembourg**
- Take ownership of both **tax compliance and advisory tasks**, ensuring autonomy and precision in your work.
- Oversee the team’s tax deadlines and review deliverables to maintain top-quality standards.
- Act as a key contact for clients, offering clear and proactive advice on complex tax matters.
- **Preparation of tax returns from A to Z.**Keep your technical knowledge up to date to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Fiduciary - Tax - Finance - Luxembourg**
- At least **5 years** of experience in tax within Luxembourg, ideally in a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four environment.
- Strong skills in both tax advisory and compliance, with exposure to direct and indirect taxation.
- Knowledge of FATCA/CRS regulations would be a strong asset.
- Fluency in **English** is essential.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage internal initiatives and drive projects forward. You believe in a trust-based management approach, empowering your team while maintaining close support and guidance.
