Accounting Manager – Belgian Border, No Extra Hours
It is a pleasure to introduce you to a new opportunity within a well-known fiduciary located near the Belgian border and offering free parking — an ideal location for candidates commuting from neighboring countries. The firm employs around 30 people across its corporate, accounting, tax, and legal departments.
The overall atmosphere is excellent thanks to the human-sized structure and flat hierarchy. Communication is a key element, and colleagues work closely together, making each other's work easier. There are no extra hours, and management remains flexible regarding schedules and home-office options, which strongly contributes to the team's stability.
The client portfolio is composed of financial entities such as alternative investment funds in private equity and real estate, as well as holdings and Soparfis. This international clientele offers exposure to interesting transactions and provides each team member with the opportunity to further develop their technical skills.
Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Accounting – Finance – Funds – Tax
- You will autonomously manage a portfolio composed of Soparfis, holdings, and alternative investment funds in private equity and real estate.
- You will be preparing and reviewing the work of your colleagues, including annual accounts, financial statements, and reporting.
- You will provide detailed reports to management.
- You will be in direct contact with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- In addition to your operational tasks, you will take on managerial responsibilities such as allocating work and supporting team members in improving their efficiency.
Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Accounting – Finance – Funds – Tax
- You have at least 7 years of experience as an accountant in a similar environment in Luxembourg (PFS, fiduciary,...).
- You are fluent in French and English, which is essential for both internal and external communication.
- You are able to work autonomously while being a strong team player and an excellent communicator.
- Demonstrating stability in your career path is important in order to align with the company's culture.
Offer | Accountant – Accounting – Finance – Funds – Tax
- You will earn a salary of up to €95,000 gross per year, ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
