**Your Role**:
As a **Payroll Manager**, you'll lead a motivated **team of around 10 payroll specialists**, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery for a wide portfolio of clients.
You'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, drive digital transformation within your department, and continuously improve processes through smart tools and automation.
**Manager Payroll - Your responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, and develop your payroll team
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for diverse clients
- Implement digital solutions to streamline workflows and reporting
- Serve as the key contact for clients, offering expert guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg payroll and social legislation
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams
**Manager Payroll - Your Profile**:
- 7+ years of payroll experience, including at** least 1 year in a managerial role**:
- Payroll experience in a fiduciary, PSF, or similar service provider
- Fluent in **English, with a good command of French** (German is a plus)
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and interest in digital transformation
