**Responsabilités principales**

En tant que **Project Manager**, vous aurez la responsabilité de:

- Piloter le cycle de vie complet d’un ou plusieurs projets : cadrage, planification, suivi, reporting.
- Animer les comités projet, coordonner les différentes parties prenantes (métier, technique, UX, développement).
- Assurer le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité des livrables.
- Identifier, suivre et gérer les risques et dépendances.
- Contribuer à la cohérence globale du programme de transformation en lien avec le Program Manager et les autres chefs de projet.

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience confirmée (5+ ans) en gestion de projets IT complexes, idéalement dans le secteur public ou parapublic.
- Connaissance des environnements techniques :.NET, Angular, Oracle (au moins compréhension fonctionnelle pour dialoguer avec les équipes techniques).
- Solide maîtrise des méthodes Agiles / hybrides, planification et suivi des charges.
- Excellentes compétences de communication, capacité à animer des ateliers et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs métier et techniques.
- Pratique courante du français (oral et écrit). L’anglais est un atout.

**Atouts supplémentaires**
- Connaissance des standards d’accessibilité numérique.
- Familiarité avec le contexte institutionnel / collectivités publiques.

**Conditions de la mission**
- Mission longue durée : 2 ans + 1 an + 1 an (contrat cadre)
- Temps plein basé à Luxembourg (présence régulière sur site attendue, avec possibilité de télétravail partiel selon organisation du client).
