**About Us**:

**About You**:
We are looking for a Project Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. This hybrid PM/EA position supports leadership with project coordination, executive logistics, and cross-team alignment. Ideal for someone organized, proactive, and remote-savvy. Native-level English is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and track projects using Notion and ClickUp
- Coordinate executive calendars, notes, and meetings
- Track deliverables across Operations, Accounting, and Development teams
- Improve internal workflows and communication processes
- Provide executive and administrative support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive assistance
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Slack, Notion, Google Docs, and ClickUp
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A reliable, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfort with both strategic project tasks and administrative duties

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in SaaS, IT, real estate, or tech-enabled businesses
- Comfortable supporting C-level executives
- Friendly and approachable with a team-first attitude
