You will be part of the Market Intelligence department, whose mission is to support Luxinnovation’s departments by providing knowledge and insights to foster innovation and collective decision-making. The Market Intelligence Analysts are the driving force, collecting and analysing essential information and data on innovation ecosystems and market trends.

To reinforce the team and to support the management of Market Intelligence projects, Luxinnovation is looking for a Senior Analyst (M/F):
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Project management: Define, lead, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring knowledge creation and diffusion. Take ownership for timely delivery and high quality of work, as well as mentoring and organising the work of more junior analysts on those projects. Ensure effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Market research & analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify innovation trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Build database to provide qualitative and quantitative insights, paying attention to the quality and accuracy of data, and to the replicability and automation of the data collection processes.
- Strategic insights: Provide relevant knowledge and insights, considering the broader EU and national contexts, to reach Luxinnovation’s strategic objective to provide relevant knowledge on customers, and on the economic and innovation ecosystems.
- Actionable insights: in close collaboration with your clients, translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making processes at all levels of the organisation and our main stakeholders, either as reports, databases, dashboards, infographics, or decision-support systems.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align market intelligence efforts with ecosystem needs.
- Tool and methodology development: Be proactive to feed Luxinnovation’s Knowledge hub with relevant content, in different formats (dashboards, reports, infographics, key indicators, etc.) for internal and external uses. Suggest new tools (e.g. AI-based) or methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy. With a fresh perspective and a proactive approach, evaluate existing practices, identify areas for enhancement, and implement innovative solutions to optimise our market intelligence capabilities.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You hold a master’s degree preferably in management, econometrics, economic intelligence or business engineering.
- You have at least 8 years of relevant experience for instance in consulting where you demonstrated:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills combined with a sound business and strategic acumen.
- The ability to understand internal or external clients’ needs and co-build solutions with them
- The ability to translate data into intelligible and concise written and graphical representation.
- The ability to challenge the status quo and introduce effective, data-driven projects
- The ability to convey messages in a simple way and structure ideas and concepts
- Project management skills
- Good teaching skills
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, coupled with an outstanding communication and a problem-solving behaviour.
- You have an appetite for technological trends and innovation, are curious and eager to learn new things.
- You are detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for critical thinking.
- You have an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (notably Excel); good knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) and SQL will be considered as a strong asset.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. A good command of French will be considered a plus.
- A good knowledge of Luxembourg and its national economy will be considered as a major advantage.
