**Market Intelligence Analyst (M/F)**

You will be part of the Market Intelligence department, which mission is to provide knowledge and insights to foster innovation and support the economic development of Luxembourg. The Market Intelligence Analysts are the driving force, collecting and analysing essential information and data on innovation ecosystems and market trends, to support a better collective decision-making process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and collect data and information on companies, market trends, economic sectors and other relevant topics related to innovation, digitalisation and sustainability.
- Analyse and perform financial, statistical, economic, and qualitative analysis of the collected information and data, with an emphasis on the quality and accuracy of information.
- Translate data, analysis and knowledge into actionable and effective market intelligence insights and formulate strategic recommendations to support effective economic development strategies.
- Deliver results in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to best support the decision-making process on innovation, either as reports, databases, dashboards, infographics, or decision-support systems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- You hold a master’s degree in economics, econometry, economic intelligence or business management.
- You have several years of relevant experience where you demonstrated:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills combined with a sound business acumen.
- A strong understanding of financial analysis (i.e., income statements, balance sheets, cash flowsetc), economic and market analyses.
- The ability to translate data into intelligible and to-the-point graphical representation.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (notably Excel); good knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) will be considered a strong asset.
- Rigor, precision, and attention to details.
- Openness, pro-activity, and customer-focus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written). A good command of French will be considered an asset.
- A good knowledge of Luxembourg and its national economy will be considered as a strong asset.
