The «
**Young Sales Program** » is an innovative initiative for young professionals with a first experience in the world of finance and who wish to give a commercial orientation to their career.

This program will offer you the opportunity to pursue a career in the world of Corporate & Institutional Banking, Wealth Management Luxembourg or Wealth Management International within an international bank while having a solid training path.

This « Young Sales Program » is a
**12-month** structured pathway as from
**October, 1st** which will be followed by a permanent position as Account Manager or Associate Relationship Manager within one of the three business lines (Corporate & Institutional Banking, Wealth Management Luxembourg, Wealth Management International).

**Corporate & Institutional Banking**: a wide range of specialized solutions for all types of businesses.

We are a strong partner of entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes, financial institutions and the public sector. We provide a comprehensive range of banking services and advice via a responsive organization with a local decision-making center.

**Wealth Management**:
We help clients to manage and structure their wealth and financial sector professionals to develop their activities. We serve families and entrepreneurs across generations and across borders, helping them structure their assets, investments and financial needs.
- Wealth Management Luxembourg_ focuses on clients based in Luxembourg while
_Wealth Management International_ is dedicated to a clientele based outside of Luxembourg.

**What can you expect?**
- **8 months** within a specific business line (Corporate & Institutional Banking or Wealth Management Luxembourg or Wealth Management International)
- **4 months** of training in the areas of Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Markets, Finance and KYC

After that, you will take over a position of
**Account Manager** (if you join Corporate & Institutional Banking) or
**Associate Relationship Manager** (if you join Wealth Management) with the following responsibilities:

- Providing high-level operational and commercial assistance to the Relationship Managers and Corporate Advisors in client management
- Managing and controlling all the clients' queries, in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Corporate Advisors (account openings, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.)
- Ensuring a proactive follow-up of accounts status
- Detecting client's needs and expectations
- Acting as an Ambassador of BIL
