Sales Specialist (m/f/x) / Vertriebsspezialist (m/w/d)

Main duties:
Main Activities
- Manage and run the continuous collaboration with travel agencies and B2B partners
- Contribute actively to the sales growth, KPIs and commercial results
- Manage, prepare and send travel agency & B2B partner mailings, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and commercial teams
- Contribute to the commercial sales initiatives, provide ticket sales conditions and operational expert support for key B2B partners and clients
- Perform market research and provide commercial insights on competition and market trends to improve processes, services and commercial offers
- Plan, prepare and run sales trips, organise workshops, and commercial events on Luxair and LuxairTours products. Represent Luxair at trade fairs and events
- Participate in and prepare the minutes of strategic meetings in relation to the department. Review and report also on the follow-up of action points
- Manage files, requests and CRM processes related to the Miles & More program and loyalty initiatives of Luxair & LuxairTours
Required profile:
Minimum Qualification Criteria:
- Have a high school diploma and/or proven experience in
the field of tourism - Have proven experience in managing administrative
tasks - Be proficient with the current computer tools and
programs - Fluent in English and German (spoken & written)
- Accept duty travel, conference and event attendance

team - Luxembourgish, french or any other language will be considered
an asset - Tourism & travel industry experience with
references of more than 3 years would be beneficial
Hauptaufgaben
- Pflege und Steuerung der kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Reisebüros und B2B-Partnern
- Aktive Mitwirkung am Umsatzwachstum, an KPIs und an den kommerziellen Ergebnissen
- Erstellung, Vorbereitung und Versand von Mailings an Reisebüros und B2B-Partner in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Vertriebsteams
- Mitwirkung an kommerziellen Verkaufsinitiativen, Bereitstellung von Ticketverkaufsbedingungen sowie operative und fachliche Unterstützung für wichtige B2B-Partner und Kunden
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen sowie Bereitstellung kommerzieller Insights zu Wettbewerb und Markttrends zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Services und kommerziellen Angeboten
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Sales-Reisen, Organisation von Workshops und kommerziellen Events zu Produkten von Luxair und LuxairTours; Repräsentation von Luxair auf Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Teilnahme an strategischen Meetings im Zusammenhang mit der Abteilung sowie Vorbereitung der Sitzungsprotokolle; Nachverfolgung und Reporting der vereinbarten Maßnahmen
- Verwaltung von Akten, Anfragen und CRM-Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit dem Miles & More-Programm sowie den Loyalty-Initiativen von Luxair & LuxairTours
Mindestqualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene schulische Ausbildung (Sekundarstufe) und/oder nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Tourismusbereich
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools und Programmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen sowie zur Teilnahme an Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen

- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

- Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Belastbarkeit
- Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Luxemburgisch, Französisch oder weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in der Tourismus- und Reisebranche von mehr als 3 Jahren mit Referenzen ist von Vorteil
