Currently collaborating with an American financial services company, I am looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Luxembourg office based in the city.

**Your mission**:
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery

**of complex projects within the company including**:
With the COO, develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success

Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs

Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and project plans

Provide regular updates to the COO and other stakeholders on project status and progress

Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

**Your profile**:
At least a Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, project management)

Experience of 2‐5 years in project management, especially in technologic and operation transformation projects, monitoring of project plans, timelines and budgets ideally in the Finance industry

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Detail‐oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders

Strong issue resolution skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactively seeking opportunities for process(es) improvement(s)

Fluency in English.
