You have a student status and have an internship agreement covering the entire duration of the assignment?
This internship opportunity is for you
To strengthen its Marketing & Communication team, Luxinnovation (the National Agency for Innovation and Research in Luxembourg), is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern (M/F), who will actively participate in the department daily activities, as well as in the development of future projects. We offer a work-study internship (alternating) over a period of one year.
**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will deepen your knowledge of several Marketing & Communication topics during an internship mission which will allow you to intervene in the numerous files managed by the team, offering you an enriching and diversified experience.
- Digital Marketing:_
Under the guidance of the Digital Marketing team, you will:
- Provide support in the management and updating of websites
- Participate in the creation of content and publications on social networks, and in the posting of web content
- Event management:_
Under the responsibility of the event manager, you will:
- Provide support in the organisation and management of events
- Support in the handling of the full spectrum of event-related logistics, including invitations, guest speakers, delegate packs, etc.
- Propose event ideas, themes and concepts to meet the needs of the various Luxinnovation departments
- Liaise with suppliers
- Manage post-event evaluation and performance reports (statistics)
- Manage promotional material

**LEVEL OF STUDY AND SKILLS**
- Studies in Marketing and Communication in progress (Master 2)
- Any experience that can attest to your interest in the field of event organisation be considered an advantage
- Creative spirit, broad ability to come up with innovative ideas
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service-minded attitude and a developed sense of communication (verbal and written)
- Dynamic, committed, team spirit
- Organized and able to show some autonomy in work
- You are fluent in French and you have a very good level in English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
- Mastery of the Office suite
