Provide regular training units within AMSP's SSP Campus for internal sales network and external stakeholders, develop state-of-the-art technical documentation as full-package solution provider, entertain and develop contacts / relations at highest level of decision making project pyramid.

Support execution of AMSP and AMP'S marketing & promotion initiatives as to provide key arguments on how to differentiate from our competitors, closely follow up on ramp-up and market penetration of direct and indirect competition; develop long term product and marketing strategies for AM SSP production units as to adopt to changing market conditions.

'Business development and reporting
(1) Contribute to ad-hoc strategy files
(2) Develop, maintain and support strategy and marketing reporting system and KPI follow-up
(3) Competition monitoring and review

Management of promotion/communication activities
(1) Promotion of AM Commercial Sheet Piles (AM CRPS) products and services in reference to the Application-Based Marketing
(2) Follow the marketing/promotion/sales efforts to “increase-the-cake” for steel sheet pile solutions within the department for Marketing and Promotion (ABM)
(3) Sales and Marketing support including digital marketing

Skills & Specifications
- You have a civil engineering background with project management experience
- You worked with design software, graphic design softwares as “Acrobat Creative Suite” and have experience with website content management systems
- You are able to analyze a complex process, to integrate external knowledge and to implement practical solutions and work in an industrial environment
- You have experience in digital communication and social media
- You have experience in technical sales and value propositions
- You are ready to accept responsibility in a self-driven, proactive approach
- You are perseverant and creative in work and you can manage several projects in parallel
- You like new ideas and want to excel in your work
- You are a team worker and leader
- You are customer orientated approach
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Languages mandatory: English
- Additional languages: German or French will be an advantage
