**Duration**: 195 man-days

**TASKS**:

- Review and improvements on the proposed PowerPoint mock-ups of reports
- Translation into technical specifications of the mock-ups of reports
- Set-up and documentation of the new Plotly report platform
- Development, unit test and deployment of Plotly based reports and dashboards
- Day-to-day coaching of another, but more junior Plotly-knowledgeable resource

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Business analysis related to reporting (ideally project portfolio management or project-related)
- Python with experience using Pandas, Plotly and Dash libraries
- Anaconda Enterprise
- MsSQL
- Pre-processing data using the Pandas library
- Technical setup and process documentation

**COMPETENCES**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Hands-on experience with Python, Dash and Plotly
- Proven experience with analysis and with documenting requirements and design specifications
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken (B2 level according to the European

Framework of References for Languages)
- Good knowledge of the EIB in terms of organisation, processes and IT systems is considered
