**What will you be doing**:

- Your primary responsibility is to guarantee our Salon's are satisfied with the configuration of their Salonkee platform
- Provide ongoing support to Account Managers and Sales Representatives in order to provide excellent service to our salons
- Use your Excel expertise to initially setup our platform to meet the Salon's needs/specifications
- Update Salon's accounts - For example: updating client lists, products and services within the Salonkee platform
- Export/Import data from third party competitors to ensure a seamless transition
- Offer comprehensive support to the customer support and customer success teams
- You will manage the full KYC process in order to enable our payment services - For example: review and evaluate documentation for new salon accounts, you are responsible for upholding current KYC requirements and to ensure that the business follows due process and will not be held liable for non-compliance issues
- On a daily basis, you will exercise administrative assistance, operations analysis, and customer service support

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in German, French, or Dutch is an advantage)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Being tech savvy (MacBook)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A team player with a customer-centric approach
- 3-5 years of experience
