Cost Center Implementation Consultant

**Lux-Advisory **is a company specialized in IT Services and Finance. Our consultants take part in European or International projects.
To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a **Cost Center Implementation Consultant.**

**Mission**
In support of the Finance and Control team, the consultant will provide the following services:

- Business analysis to support the delivery of the Cost Center implementation project, which targets the design and

implementation of the cost center structure, including: the definition of the TO BE model, definition of the roles and
responsibilities of the TO BE process, design of the requirements impacting the ERP, and support to the implementation
phase

**Deliverables**
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:

- Lead the definition of the TO BE process and solution for the implementation of the Cost Center structure
- Lead the delivery of the project charter, which includes the implementation scope and related planning and milestones
- Elicit and gather business requirements coming from the Finance and Control team and other stakeholders involved for

the implementation of processes and solutions
- Support the client’s business teams in defining the UAT scope (including non-regression), test plan and its execution
- Update documentation including business processes and accounting production procedures related to accounting

modules impacted
- Perform and monitor aftercare (post-implementation) tasks
- Support in delivering project Steering Committees
- Act as central point in supporting the Oracle partner and the client’s Corporate IT team in implementing the requirements

gathered
- Provide for status reports, risks and issues on project progress

**Skills**
Technical skills:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and IT, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
- At least 6 years of proven experience in similar assignments. Deep knowledge of accounting and cost centers, ideally in

financial institutions, capital markets, or banking
- Relevant knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),

Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Budget Tools
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to design and generate detailed financial reports using cost center data
- Proven experience in delivering projects, through the full life cycle, including project planning, execution, and

monitoring
- Experience in providing reporting at a senior management level
- Effective capability of creating user manuals and training documentation
- Proficiency in developing and implementing change management strategies
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in providing clear and concise reporting at a senior management level
- Excellent written and spoken English

Soft skills:

- Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently and effectively with colleagues
- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as external parties providing support on Oracle

Fusion
- Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations and requirements
- Experience in fostering a positive organizational culture during transitions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to manage difficult conversations with different stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
