**Who we’re looking for**
We are currently seeking a Senior Change Specialist to join our team (referred to internally as Senior Change Specialist) to reinforce our change management team.
The Senior Change Specialist is responsible for supporting the Head of Change in driving and leading strategic business change initiatives as well as regulatory change initiatives across the EMEA region.
You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation of change projects and initiatives.
**What you’ll do**
- Lead and manage strategic business change initiatives and regulatory change initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and/or regulatory requirements
- Establish project(s) structure and governance, clearly outlining project outcomes and associated benefits
- Drive and facilitate the successful delivery of project(s), measuring and tracking progress of scope, timelines and budget, whilst proactively managing RAIDs
- Organize key meetings, giving partners detailed updates on progress, risks, and challenges, and proposing solutions to address issues when appropriate
- As required, design and deliver solutions which align to the project objective and budget
- Collaborate with impacted divisions to ensure solutions are fit for purpose whilst embracing innovation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in change management processes and practicesStay up to date with industry trends and developments in change management, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team
**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Project Management)
- Extensive experience in change management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage and influence collaborators at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives within a global organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as requiredAny EMEA language will be considered as a plus
